About Aydin

Aydin Mayers is an artist, educator, and practitioner specializing in osteopathic bodywork, nervous system regulation, and functional wellness. His practice draws from craniosacral and biodynamic osteopathic approaches, breathwork, somatic therapy, and entheogenic harm reduction and facilitation, working with individuals navigating complex health challenges, trauma, and the deeper work of transformation. He is the creator of the ALIGN Method and has served communities as a practitioner, facilitator, and artist-in-residence across wellness, academic, and ceremonial contexts.

His approach is rooted in the body's innate capacity to heal. He works at the intersection of structural bodywork, nervous system science, and contemplative practice, drawing on years of training in biodynamic osteopathy, functional medicine, and wilderness medicine. His sessions integrate hands-on bodywork with breath, voice, and somatic inquiry, meeting clients where they are and working toward lasting regulation rather than symptom management alone.

He is also the founder of HaMakom, a community wellness ecosystem built around six pillars: Community, Celebration, Wellness, Nourishment, Artistry, and Wisdom. Rooted in ancient tradition and built for the present moment, it is a vision for what healing-centered community looks like when it is designed with intention, depth, and joy.
